A proper technology plan. Not just buying stuff and hoping for the best.

Technology strategy for local businesses in South East London, accountants, solicitors, pubs, shops, and growing firms. We’ll help you work out what you actually need, when to buy it, and how to avoid expensive mistakes.

Sound familiar?

Most small businesses we work with come to us with the same problems. You’re not alone.

No plan. No big picture. Just reacting to problems and buying whatever the IT company suggests. It’s a mess and you know it.
Everyone’s selling something. Hard to know what’s genuinely useful versus what’s just a nice-to-have or a complete waste of money.
Software nobody uses. Hardware that didn’t fit. Projects that went nowhere. You’ve been burned before and don’t want it to happen again.

How it works

We keep it simple. No 50-page reports that gather dust. Just clear thinking and practical recommendations.

  1. Listen: What are you trying to achieve? What’s getting in the way?
  2. Review: What have you got? What’s working? What’s costing too much?
  3. Recommend: Here’s what we’d do, in what order, and what it’ll cost
  4. Support: Help you make it happen — or just be there when you need advice

You get a clear plan you can actually use — not a sales pitch for more consulting.

What we help with

Technology strategy doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about making good decisions and avoiding bad ones.

Where are you now? Where do you want to be? What’s the sensible path to get there? We’ll map it out clearly.
Need new software? A new phone system? Cloud migration? We’ll help you choose the right one — not just the one with the best salesperson.
What should you spend? What can wait? We’ll give you realistic numbers so you can plan properly — no nasty surprises.
Not sure if you need that upgrade? Wondering whether to renew? Just want someone to sense-check your thinking? We’re here when you need us.

Questions people ask

Straight answers. No waffle.

How much does a technology review cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of your setup, but most reviews for small businesses are a fixed fee agreed upfront. We’ll give you a quote after an initial chat so you know exactly what you’re paying before we start.

Do you actually implement things or just advise?

We’re primarily advisors — we help you decide what to do and make sure it gets done properly. We can project manage implementations, help you choose suppliers, and hold them accountable. But we’re not trying to replace your IT company.

What size business do you work with?

Mostly 5-50 people. Big enough to have real technology needs, small enough that you don’t have someone in-house to handle strategy. If you’re smaller than that, we can still help — you just might not need as much.

How long does a roadmap project take?

Usually 2-4 weeks from start to finish, depending on how complex your setup is and how quickly you can get us the information we need. We work around your schedule.

Can you help us find a new IT provider?

Absolutely. We can help you work out what you need, write the brief, evaluate proposals, and make sure you’re comparing like with like. We’ve seen a lot of IT contracts and know what to look for.

Let’s talk about your technology

No sales pitch. Just a conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and whether we can help you get there.
