How much does Microsoft 365 cost?

Microsoft 365 Business Basic starts at around £5 per user per month (email and cloud storage). Business Standard with desktop Office apps is around £10 per user. Business Premium with advanced security is about £18. We can advise on what licence makes sense for you.

Will I lose any emails during the migration?

No. We migrate everything, including old emails going back years. The migration happens in the background and we switch over when everything’s ready. Most users don’t even notice the change happening.

Can I keep my current email addresses?

Absolutely. Your domain and email addresses stay exactly the same. From your customers’ perspective, nothing changes. The only difference is where the emails actually live.

What about backup? Is my data safe?

Microsoft handles infrastructure redundancy, but they don’t do long-term backup for you. We recommend adding a third-party backup solution for proper data protection. We can set this up and manage it for you.

We tried Teams before and no one used it. Can you help?

This is common. Teams is powerful but can be overwhelming. We set it up in a way that makes sense for your business, train people on the bits they’ll actually use, and help build habits. Adoption takes time but proper setup and training makes all the difference.

What happens to our on-site server?

It depends what it’s doing. If it’s just for files and email, you might not need it anymore. If it runs line-of-business applications, it might still be needed. We’ll help you work out what makes sense for your situation.
