How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week or two. First thing we do is have a proper look at what you’ve got and what needs fixing — then we work out priorities together.
Do you replace our IT support company?
Not usually. This service is not geared around IT support. The focus on the bigger picture, making sure you’re heading in the right direction around data and security.
How much does it cost?
We charge a simple monthly fee based on how much time you need — typically half a day a month up to two days a week. We agree what’s included upfront. No surprises.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly professional services (accountants, solicitors, consultants), retail, pubs, restaurants and growing local businesses. Basically anyone who’s got past the “mate who’s good with computers” stage but doesn’t need a full-time IT director.
We only have 1 - 5 people — is that too small?
Not at all. Some of our best work is with smaller firms. You don’t need less security or planning just because you’re small — you just need it done proportionately.
