Questions people ask

Straight answers about IT projects and migrations.

How much does an office move cost?

It depends on the size and complexity. A small office might be £1,000-2,000. Larger offices with servers and structured cabling could be £5,000-15,000 or more. We survey both sites and give you a detailed quote before any commitment.

How long does a typical project take?

Simple projects can be days. Office moves typically need 4-8 weeks of planning plus the move itself. Cloud migrations might be 2-6 weeks depending on complexity. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront and stick to it.

Can you work evenings and weekends?

Absolutely. Most migrations and cutovers happen outside business hours to minimise disruption. We’ll schedule around your business and do the heavy lifting when it won’t affect your operations.

What if something goes wrong during the project?

Every project has a rollback plan. If something doesn’t work, we can revert to the previous state while we fix the problem. We don’t do “big bang” cutovers without a safety net.

Do you provide support after the project?

Yes. Every project includes post-go-live support to handle any teething issues. We don’t disappear the moment the project is “complete.” We stay until everything is running smoothly.

We don't have an IT person. Can you still help?

That’s exactly who we help. We manage the entire project from planning to completion. You don’t need technical knowledge. We explain everything in plain English and handle all the technical details.

Got a project in mind?

Tell us what you’re trying to achieve. We’ll help you plan it properly and give you a clear quote with no surprises.
