Using professional equipment, we transfer each tape or film frame-by-frame. Audio is captured in high quality. Photos are scanned at 300+ DPI.

We enhance the quality
We apply color correction, reduce noise, improve brightness and contrast. If you’ve chosen restoration, we’ll do advanced cleanup work too.

How long does conversion take?
Most orders are completed within 2-3 weeks from when we receive your items. Large collections (20+ tapes or 500+ photos) may take 3-4 weeks. Rush service is available for an additional fee — contact us for details.
What condition do my tapes need to be in?
We can work with most tapes, even if they’re a bit old and worn. However, badly damaged tapes (snapped, heavily molded, or water-damaged) may not be salvageable. If you’re unsure, send us photos and we’ll advise before you post anything.
Will you return my original tapes and photos?
Absolutely. We always return originals along with your digital copies. They’re packaged carefully and sent back via tracked delivery. Your memories are precious — we treat them with the care they deserve.
What file format will my videos be in?
Videos are delivered as MP4 files (H.264 codec), which play on virtually any device — computers, tablets, phones, smart TVs. Photos are delivered as high-quality JPEG files. If you need a different format, just ask.
Can you edit the footage or combine multiple tapes?
Yes! We offer basic editing (trimming unwanted bits, adding titles) and can combine multiple tapes onto one DVD or file. For more complex editing projects, we’ll provide a custom quote based on what you need.
What if my tapes are in NTSC format (American)?
No problem. We have equipment to handle both PAL (UK/Europe) and NTSC (US/Japan) formats. Just let us know what you’re sending so we can prepare accordingly.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Orders of 10+ tapes get 5% off, 20+ tapes get 10% off, and 50+ items get 15% off. Photo scanning orders of 50+ also qualify for bulk pricing. Contact us for a quote on large collections.
How should I send my items to you?
Pack everything securely in a sturdy box with plenty of padding. Include a note with your name, email, phone number, and any special instructions. Post via Royal Mail or courier with tracking. We’ll email you when they arrive. If you’re in South East London, you can drop off in person.
